However, all staff made great effort to meet our wishes. Some are not keeping so easy when the hotel is in the renovation process. In this hotel the beds were wonderful, everything very clean and friendly furnished! Just a hotel of the higher class Breakfast was an excellent start for the day.
But the best was really the wonderful friendly staff. We visited Rostock for the first time my wife and I. We stayed at Vienna House Sonne for 11 days. On our arrival, we met with Sonja who made us feel at home.. She met us every morning to see if all was perfect..
Indeed, everything was perfect.. The hotel is wonderful and very well situated in the heart of Neuw Markt..! All shops and city life at a walking distance. Trams to different part of Rostock were available and the station is at 30secs walk from the hotel.
Thank you Sonja H and your staff for making our stay in Rostock memorableβ¦! The location is superb, right on the main shopping street which compensates for a lot. Not super clean either, but not dirty. The small two-bed room was very warm already in May, but the windows could be opened. It seems as if several hotels share one reception, the rooms are in another building than the reception. Nearby street parking is hard to find.
