Gloves are available as an add-on to your visit. All guests must bring snow appropriate footwear. All guests entering the Snow Park and Rental Area must have a valid ticket and appropriate winter footwear. Big SNOW is kept at a chilly 28 degrees year-round. All guests must be wearing suitable winter clothing — long pants, long sleeves and footwear with a closed front and back are required. Ski Boots, flip flops, sandals or Crocs are prohibited.
When booking, you are selecting an arrival time. Your on-snow time begins when you enter the snow slopes and runs continuously once you enter. The time it takes to go through the Check-In and Rentals process may vary. All package purchases are final and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Big SNOW reserves the right to revoke pass products at any time. Climb, slide and snowtube on real snow anytime you want, regardless of the weather outside. All you need to bring is your child-like sense of wonder, and some gloves. Riders must be 36 inches with required adult supervision or 42 inches to ride alone. Weight limit is per tube. Riders must always hold onto handles of tubes. Linking of tubes is prohibited. Helmet is provided, but is optional.
Last guest arrival check-in time is 2 Hours and 15 minutes prior to closing daily. All guests entering the Snow Park and Rental Area must have a valid ticket. Please be prepared to show a photo ID upon arrival. Outside sleds or tubes are not allowed in the Snow Park.
