Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support the overall business strategy. Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Oversee the development and implementation of training and development programmes. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, staying updated on best practices and legal changes.
Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with company values. Manage compensation and benefits schemes to ensure they are competitive and fair. Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions. Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality or retail sector. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
