Viviane started her career in fitness as a specialized postnatal fitness instructor for a large organisation. She had always dreamt of running her own small business, giving her more flexibility, and the ability to combine her love for fitness with pelvic floor training, and nutrition coaching.
And so, following the birth of her second daughter in , she set up Well Mama. Initially a business focused on the wellbeing of mothers and mothers-to-be, Well Mama has now expanded to offer services that cater to the entire family.
She is a qualified Personal Train er, and has extensive experience coaching women from early stages of pregnancy through to postpartum and beyond. Viviane recently qualified as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and holds several other qualifications in the fitness and pelvic floor recovery areas. She lives in Horgen with her husband and two young daughters , and loves to experiment in the kitchen in her spare time.
