The scientific data currently available have not shown any particular problem when using this medicine during pregnancy at the recommended dose. Nevertheless, do not use it without medical advice. The data currently available do not allow to know if this drug passes into breast milk: it is not recommended during breastfeeding without medical advice.
The lyophilisates can be dissolved in a glass of water or placed under the tongue for a faster effect. Adult : 2 x 80 mg lyophilisates or 1 x mg lyophilisate to be taken at the time of the crisis and repeated if necessary in the event of major spasms. Do not exceed 3 x mg lyophilisates per day. Children : 1 freeze-dried tablet of 80 mg dissolved in a glass of water, twice a day. In case of renal colic, it is generally advised to drink abundantly between attacks to fight against the formation of stones.
