Please do not use this form if you are inquiring for clinical services as you will be prompted to complete the New Client Inquiry Form above. Our offices are by appointment only ā our reception is not available to support in-person, please give us a call during Client Care Team hours listed below! During the hours of 7am and 7pm, please enter the building and make your way to the elevators designated for floors and make your way up to the 11th floor, unit If arriving after 6pm on weekdays or on weekends: The building is not accessible after hours or on weekends; please wait in the lobby and your counsellor will come to get you at your appointment time.
Alternatively, you may call your counsellor at the number that was provided to you when booking your initial email or send them an email. As our main phone line is handled by our client care team and they are not available after 5pm on weekdays or on weekends, we encourage you to call the number provided in your first session email and not the main Allura line.
The downstairs security will not be able to let you up ā please call or email us, or wait for your counsellor in the lobby! Upon entry, please sanitize your hands. You may have a seat in the waiting area and help yourself to some coffee, tea, or chocolates.
The building is wheelchair accessible; our suite front door does not have an access switch for automatic opening ā please inform our client care team or your counsellor ahead of time if you require support and we would be more than happy to prepare for your arrival.
