These do not include sick visits. It refers to products and services like medications, vaccines, and diagnostic tests. These will be itemized on your invoice at the end of the visit. Without the Membership plan, estimated cost would include travel fee, pet exam and pricing for additional services. We accept all major forms of credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept Care Credit. However, if you have pet insurance, you can submit your itemized receipt to your provider for possible reimbursement.
Simply ask your Vet team for an itemized receipt at the end of your appointment. Additionally, our members pay a single price regardless of any pre-existing conditions that your pet might have, whereas pet insurance pricing can vary based on the health, breed, and age of your pet. Older pets still require regular exams, preventative healthcare, and vaccines. Every pet, regardless of age and health status still needs to be examined regularly by a vet and receive vaccines.
Preventative treatments covered: fleas, ticks, heartworm, and intestinal parasites for cats. Membership includes once-a-year nail trims, anal gland expression one per visit as needed , and deworming treatment. Other tests included are urinalysis for cats and senior dogs.
