I was trying to get back on my feet no pun intended after my left leg had been in a cast for 6 weeks. As anyone would know, my leg had atrophied and was very weak. Originally, I went to a local orthopedic hospital where it had a rehab center. I am sure this doesn't explain for all hospital rehab centers, but the one I went to, the therapist made me do exercises that seemed a bit overwhelming for the muscle strength that I had on my knee.
After over a month, it wasn't improving very much and the therapist was asking about exercises that he had never assigned to me. So, I decided to change, and I had an experience with my shoulder awhile back at Create Wellness and decided to inquire here again.
