The host of the syndicated game show was criticized for how Wednesday, February 12's episode played out. Viewers blamed the television presenter, 50, for how one particular contestant β a nonprofit worker and a cover band lead singer from North Richland Hills in Texas , Stephen Bailey β lost the lead.
On last night's game, he was playing against Brianne Peterson, a deal lover and surrogate from Las Vegas ,Nevada and Cathy Adams, a cruise lover from Tacoma, Washington. This comes after Seacrest received mixed reviews after taking on the role of presenter on the popular game show, later being called 'annoying' and 'lazy' by some fans.
Let's go, right? But when Bailey flipped it over, it was revealed to be a 'bankrupt' panel, causing him to lose all of his earnings he had made so far. Some viewers criticized Seacrest for not warning the contestant about the possibility he could get a bankruptcy prize.
