Merci beaucoup! Arrival at the hotel was good and welcoming. Quick check in, although the system would not allow me to pay for the second room - this was sorted in the morning when the actual receptionist was on duty.
Breakfast was ok given that it was a 3 star hotel. Rooms were small but comfortable. My daughter was bitten by bed bugs on the second night. WHen we cam eback hoe the rash on the hands got worse, eventually leading to the doctor saying that we need to apply the lotion in order to get rid of the scabies. These bugs got transferred to our home probably by placing the bags on the beds and fortunately we were able to catch it in the early stages before the infestation started on our home beds.
This is the reason for the low rating. The sheets on my daughter's bed sofa bed actually were not replaced after the first night by the house staff - although the other 2 beds in the room hsd theirs replaced! The hotel is in a quiet place - i did not hear any early morning noise!
Dear sir, we are very surprised by your comment. If we had been informed of your case, we would have scrupulously checked your room and if there had been bedbugs, we would have changed rooms.
