The polarity game of dominance and submission is a power exchange, a dance where power is the rhythm. As with any skill, ease and grace come from learning the foundations, the structure and the styles. This is a laboratory of touch, where we will explore body sensations and sensuality with an open mind.
You will learn the basic guiding principles within BDSM, the skills and the attitude behind the play. From these building blocks, you will be able to continue your exploration, expanding your knowledge at your own pace to find your unique style.
Participants will be guided in sensation play, spanking and light impact play exercises. They will also have the opportunity to share their experience in small groups and ask practical questions about BDSM and kink. Kink is not "FORE-play", it is simply play.
You can go as far as it is comfortable for you. You will be encouraged to play only as far as it feels safe within your boundaries and you're welcome to step out and observe during the connection exercises. Couples or singles are welcome. You will be encouraged to take turns in leading and surrendering for the purpose of expanding your perspective. Couples may choose to stay as a pair or mingle with other participants. This is not a dress code.
It's to inspire your attitude. As this is an introductory class, nudity will not be permitted. However, for the experiential part, undressing to underpants is encouraged for better skin contact especially for the impact play. You may dress in swimwear if that feels more comfortable for you. G-strings or lingerie are encouraged. This is an optimal opportunity to test and apply your recently acquired kink skills and to expand the juicy energy of the workshop into the evening.
