Eminece products can not be returned at this time due to covid. Gift Certificates are valid for one year. A 12 month inactivity fee will be charged at face value and can not be refunded, but can be transfered to another person. We require a 24 hour cancellation of all appointments that are for 1 service, services of 2 or more require a 48 hour notice to cancel. We require a credit card or debit card to be on file for all bookings per our cancellation policy, which you will be given once you book a service via email.
Appointments 20 mins late for a 60m or 90m or 10 min late for a 30m service will also be considered a noshow and will forfiete the service, and the therapist will be allowed to leave. Must call to make changes or cancel. A rebooking discount is not including with these charges.
