Kristine is a Colorado native and has always been fascinated by the beauty of nature. At an early age she discovered the painting techniques of Bob Ross and marveled at the simplicity of his brush strokes that, somehow, always turned into stunningly amazing landscapes. Experimenting with a variety of mediums and mostly self-taught, she specializes in working with oils, and acrylics; developing her own unique style.
Wanting to evolve her talents to the next level, she discovered the One Stroke painting technique. Another part in her development as a painter and artist has been working with multi media, specifically, modeling paste. She has learned how to incorporate this paste enabling her to bring to life the aspen trees that Colorado is famous for in an amazing 3D effect.
Kristine considers painting to be cathartic and loves to create. She is proud to say her paintings hang in homes across the country.
