The food is excellent: at lunch, you can take wood-fired pizzas overlooking the undulating, lush green hills of a neighboring golf cause with views of the Atlas Mountains in the far distance, or simply laze by the pool with a salad.
As with all the Aman outposts, the service at Amanjena is impeccableβby the second day, the staff has already cottoned on to and shared notes about your routine, bringing you a poolside iced coffee just before you were about to ask for it, or keeping a dinner table by the fireplace as you had it the evening beforeβand the spa, offering everything from traditional hammam experiences to yoga and private tennis lessons, is second to none.
When everything is this heavenly, why would you want to? You could be mistaken for thinking you were winding your way through some kind of historic village.
