Most restrooms at the Zoo are wheelchair accessible. Limited availability. Intended for adults over 18 and not exceeding pounds. A government-issued ID must be provided. Other restrictions may apply. The Zoo is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all of our guests, including those with sensory needs. Adult-sized changing tables are available for use in the First Aid Station near the Conservation Carousel. Assisted listening devices are available upon request at the Sea Lion Arena, the 4D theater, and the VR experience, free of charge.
Audio descriptive services for select areas of the Zoo are available upon request with advanced registration. Passes are offered to guests requiring accommodations to access attractions, and those guests can forgo a continuous wait in line.
