The word Tantra is derived from two roots: tan , meaning "to weave" or "extend," and tra , meaning "to protect" or "to save. Movement: primal and elemental flowing movements, improvisation, ecstatic dance and yoga asana practices to encourage expression through movement. Touch: a fusion of therapeutic techniques of touch to tune you into body sensations, ease tension and balance energy flow.
