The 90 minutes included a deep tissue massage finalized by Rapid NFR. I was very impressed with all, especially the later bc of my 10 month golf circuit. Rapid NFR will assist muscles that have lost or minimized range of motion particularly important in conditioning for my sport!

I have multiple chronic conditions that require a lot of managing, and she has expertly navigated these issues to minimise flare ups.

So generous with her time and expertise. I went for the first time for a massage since COVID and they have super simple health questionnaires, easy day of evaluation and followed restrictions all while keeping an atmosphere of welcoming calm. She did an assessment and was able to reduce the discomfort right away, I highly recommend her treatments. She is very passionate about what she does and this is coming from another RMT as well.
