We are a group of women who are highly trained and specialized with more than 30 years of combined experience in evidence-based practices. We strive to provide the most cutting-edge and innovative care to promote healing in our clients. While symptom management is a common model of treatment, we seek to heal the root cause of what brings you to therapy.
Trauma and our early relationships with caregivers can deeply impact how we show up in the world as adults, at times making fulfilling connection harder than we want it to be. Often life, schedules, and commitments can get in the way of therapy. Whether it be a half-day or week-long intensives can make your path to healing more efficient.
Intensives are appropriate for anyone who has found traditional weekly appointments to be helpful but are not fully achieving the results that they want. We offer from half-day to week-long time frame options. How long it will take depends on your life experiences and goals.
We can help determine an appropriate time frame for you in an initial consultation. You will start with an initial consultation to determine if an intensive format would benefit you, as well as your goals for an EMDR intensive. You will then schedule with your clinician and receive initial resources to access before your start date. Treatment days typically run for three hours in the morning, an hour lunch break, and three hours in the afternoon, with short breaks as needed.
