My mother has moved into The Parks Senior Living. It ticked all the boxes for my mom as far as her care needs and it was very homey. The people were very friendly and the staff was on top of everything. We're excited about our choice.

This facility sits within a gated community for added security and comfort. I can't get people to call me back. I leave 3 or 4 messages and give up. They ignore you like you are not even there. My friend will only eat chicken noodle soup 3 times a day. They bring him other things and he gags till he pukes.
My friend and I have asked several times to only give him chicken noodle soup and they won't. He has to gag and puke then they bring it or he has to ask for every meal.
