Nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physicians, behavioral health specialists, dentists, nurses, case managers, and enrollment specialists provide primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care, as well as support in navigating resources. In addition, they perform outreach, provide case management and health education, coordinate referrals, and assist in enrollment for a variety of support programs.
Routine services include well child, preventive care, immunizations, acute illness care, dental care, substance abuse screening, behavioral health assessments and consultation, and referral for substance abuse and mental illness.
Patients have hour access to care via the on-call physician staff. In the event that substance abuse treatment or mental health treatment needs exceed the abilities of ANHC-based services, ANHC staff refer patients to a variety of in and outpatient services in the community.
