This course focuses on trauma informed support for women to recover and heal from experiences or hurts that stay left in the shadows, trauma and pain that is common but has been neglected, denied or made taboo.
This could be pregnancy endings or losses, neonatal death, still birth, IVF failure, infertility challenges, hysterectomy, reproductive cancer, medical invasive procedures or negligence, mother or ancestral wounds, sexual assault or abuse, trafficking- sex work.
Pelvic care practices relevant to the female pelvic bowl and yoga therapy to reduce shame, pain and tension. This includes touch, sound therapy, voice toning , breath work, meditation, mantra and movement.
