As a VIP Tour Guide at Six Flags Over Texas, you will be the face of our premier guest experience, providing exceptional service and creating memorable visits for our guests.
This role requires a charismatic personality, extensive knowledge of the park, and the ability to handle various guest needs with professionalism and flair. In this part-time role, you will be scheduled hours per week, with availability required on weekends and school holidays including spring break, summer break, Thanksgiving week, and Christmas break. Escort guests on tours of the park, providing a VIP experience which includes front of the line ride access, priority seating to select shows, and included meals, snacks, and soft drinks.
Ensure smooth operation of tours, including coordinating with various departments e. Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests to enhance their overall park experience. Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution. Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve service delivery and knowledge.
Proven experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in a theme park or high-end hospitality environment. Must be able to walk long distances, stand for long periods, work in high places, and safely lift 60 pounds.
