No soap available. Very nice staff as always! The booking code did not work on the machine outside the hotel and the telephone number provided for help was not answered, causing considered frustration, delay and stress given the hotel reception was not staffed and the front door locked. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies.
