We accept cases based on priorities that are set through a client needs assessment. The cases we typically handle are related to employment as a farmworker including wage claims, discrimination, sexual harassment, claims under laws that apply to farm labor contractors and agricultural employers, housing and cases related to occupational health and safety.
Our office is open from on Monday β Friday and other hours by appointment. All staff in the office speak Spanish and English, and one staff person also speaks Mixteco.
