Article 1. Applicable regulations. These general conditions of sale form an integral part of the accommodation contract, which is subject to the status of assisted living facilities without any possibility of staying in the premises possibility of domiciliation since the student's accommodation is considered to be the main residence. Any modification of the stay or any request for cancellation must be notified to the lessor in writing email, fax, mail and may result in additional booking fees. Subject to availability and at the discretion of UXCO Student, the length of stay can be extended without obligation to stay in the same apartment or at the same price.
