When officers got to the scene, which is Rock Hill's city hall, they noticed a man and woman sitting on a swing in the courtyard.
As they approached the couple, the report states, officers noticed the couple was having sex in the swing. Officers identified them as Danielle Dewberry, 20, and Amin Jenkins, Officers say both had their clothes pulled down and were charged with indecent exposure. During a search, officers found a container of marijuana on Dewberry.
