Adult Swim Lessons. Find an Aqua Group Fitness Class. Water safety is a key focus for every lesson, for all ages. One of the first skills our swimmers learn is to ask permission to be in the water, a safety fundamental. Our certified instructors keep parents informed with continued and open communication. Lessons are presented to our swim lesson students through fun activities, making lessons an enjoyable experience for everyone!
