Organizers said the parade will roll down Capitol Mall starting around 5 p. The festival in Old Sacramento will include live music and aerial performances, food and drink, giant art cars on display, and interactive fun for kids including giant bubbles, face-painting, and a build-your-own Mardi Gras float contest using mini-LEGO bricks and figurines.
