Three years ago I decided I wanted to change my life. I was working as the General Manager of a restaurant in downtown Manhattan when the pandemic hit. Like many, I was thrown into chaos and my life turned upside down.
I had been working long, tireless hours and my body was completely out of balance. I knew it was time to make a decision, start fresh, and pursue the career that I had always dreamt about. In addition, I have received training in Traditional Thai Massage and enjoy finding ways to include some of the techniques when appropriate.
Massage for me has always been a form of healthcare, and I believe everyone should have access to an integrative and holistic approach to their health and wellbeing.
I strive to curate unique client focused sessions to nourish mind and body. It is my hope that you will leave our time together with a renewed sense of wellness. My partner and I are so happy to call Portland home and we welcome any opportunity to get outside and explore all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. I can also be found riding my bicycle around the city, taking a yoga class, or recipe testing in the kitchen with my Dutch oven.
