Family Liaison Service Specialist CDCR provides through a contract with a community-based organization an on-site Case Manager as a family reunification liaison for inmates and family members, to assist with an inmates pre-release preparation; and conduct Parenting and Creative Conflict Resolution classes for inmates.

When it first opened in , the prison was administered by the Folsom warden and was called New Folsom. In October , its name was changed to CSP-Sacramento, and was administered as a separate prison with its own warden.

Outside of California, Kerry has held similar managerial positions in Florida, where she served as the administrator and hiring authority for healthcare services in correctional institutions within the Florida Department of Corrections. She has over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration with leadership positions in correctional, academic, acute, behavioral, and rehabilitative outpatient and inpatient healthcare settings.
