Safety and security is very important to us and we were impressed from the time we arrived on the property. And the amenities and facilities are superb and world class. We highly recommend the hotel and will surely come back when we visit the Phils again.
We thank you also for upgrading our deluxe room to junior suite which is really cool and with the view of the fountain. We really loved it. I just forgot the name of the front desk staff that assisted us and oriented us to the room but really appreciated all his help since we just came from a very long trip.
Great food choices, world class entertainment and friendly staff, exclusive use of amenities to guests and so forth. We stayed on the 6th floor which has the best sunset view and pool view though we can't see the fireworks from MOA. The two double beds were big enough for one adult and one kid each bed. We had two children with us. A third adult could also fit in and sleep on the long sofa along the window.
There's an extra blanket but no extra pillow provided. The bathroom is sepa The bathroom is separate from the toilet which is a PRO for us, but our room has no bathtub. I mean, this is a five-star hotel right? A bathtub is a must. Good thing the swimming pool is not a disappointment. The kids had a really good time. The temperature and height of the water was just right for both the kiddie and adult areas.
Best time to swim is on early morning. But the CONS are: 1 we were charged for making an outside domestic call. It's so petty of them, it's not even an international call. No near convenience stores, you have to cross to go to MOA.
