After a slow check in the staff was somehow discussing about what room to allocate us we got the keys. We closed the door, went down, politely asked for another room; 9th floor⦠room smelled a bit better but was quite dusty.

The public areas are good and the personnel kind and professional. Breakfast pretty rich and well organized. Unfortunately the room was not very clean and the bedsheets with dust and some hairs. Pillows need to be absolutely changed for a 4 stars hotel.
