My journey into bodywork began in during a trip to Thailand, where I completed my first Thai massage training. The powerful, healing effects of this ancient tradition deeply inspired me and have been a guiding force in my work ever since.
Back in Switzerland, I trained as a classical massage therapist and later expanded my knowledge with craniosacral therapy. This gentle yet profound method allows me to connect with my clients on a deeper level and cater to their individual needs. It brings me immense joy to accompany my clients on their healing journey. I continuously educate myself to apply the best and most up-to-date techniques that meet the unique needs of each individual.
My goal is to find the ideal therapy for each person and contribute to their relaxation, health, and overall well-being.
