I enjoy working with young adult clients who are seeking to engage in a change process and identify patterns that are keeping them stuck, whether in relationship to self, their support system or their environment. I primarily work with clients between the ages of including college students and those establishing their careers and young families.
I also provide therapeutic support for graduate students in the fields of counseling and social work who are looking to process their lived experience alongside their academics and future role as a helper.
