I have fallen in love with deep tissue and therapeutic massage. My specialty lies in the intersection between therapeutic relaxation and deep tissue, medical massage. I combine the two to create a unique massage and bodywork experience in my home studio in the Mac-Groveland neighborhood in Saint Paul.
I have learned on a deeper, physiological level that the environment in which we set our selves makes all the impact on our overall health and well-being. I have witnessed this in my own life, and it is a deep need for me to help others witness this and create this change in their own life.
My goal is to create an environment that helps release the issues in your tissues. Tension and stress melt away as you relax into the comfort of the table; nested with cozy bolsters for ultimate relaxation alongside essential oils and soothing sound therapy. I even have a few custom ambient soundtracks that I co-created with my friend in their music studio. My companion Oliver the Standard Poodle will greet you and rest in the hallway while you receive your treatment.
