First Seoul, South Korean is not the most foreign friendly in the world and is not nearly as welcoming to westerners and other foreigners as other Asian cities such as Hong Kong, Bangkok, Manila, etc. Gangnam β More of the trendy and expensive district of Seoul but the girls of higher quality and tend to normally stick with Koreans or Asians. If you are a Non Asian foreigner then your best bet will definitely be the foreigner friendly district of Itaewon.
Obviously Asian guys will do well here as well. This is known as the foreigner district in Seoul and a US military base is close by. Local Korean girls that are open for Asians and Non Asians alike will venture out to Itaewon for clubbing, drinks, and to hook up.
The beauty of Itaewon is that you will find many western and European girls clubbing and drinking here as well so you will more of a choice of who you would like to get lucky and go home with for the night. If you are Asian or Non Asian and a little bit on the rebellious and artistic side then the college town of Hongdae will be a great place to check out. The girls here are more open minded and are open to dating and hooking up with non local Korean guys.
The girls are on the lot younger side as well as the rest of the social scene in general. Most of them are college age to early mid twenties if one were to guess. This area is vibrant and a lot of fun and almost the polar opposite of the rest of materialistic corporate Seoul.
There are many other places to get laid on the for profit sex industry in Seoul such as the barber shops, Massage parlors aka An-Ma in Seoul, the 4 major red light districts and much more.
