Provides instruction for Emergency Medical Technician EMT educational offerings, and participates in program planning, implementation, and evaluation. Participates in related projects.
Participates in planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating EMS educational program offerings. Under oversight of the Lead Instructor, prepares and delivers instruction at the EMS Training Center or off-site, as needed; oversees the activities of course participants during instructional time.
Evaluate learner performance, provide feedback, and develop learner remediation plans. Fulfills EMS educational program administrative requirements, including calculating and submitting data and accurate reports.
Participate in continuing professional development programs as appropriate. Adheres to established University and departmental policies and procedures and relevant quality and safety standards. Adapt EMS curricula to reflect State requirements, local needs, and national trends. Participate in activities that promote the EMS Training Center, including student recruiting and program marketing events, as appropriate.
