Expected Deliverables The cadastral survey shall involve: Using Total Station triangulation double radiation from known control points, pegging out of all corners and changes in direction of proposed lot boundaries in the subdivision master plan provided by MLHS, of the area that was the subject of the topographical survey. Pegs shall be to a standard required by the Surveyor General. Producing a table of co-ordinates of each peg, in soft Excel and hard copy formats, to be submitted in the Instruction to Survey file.
