A Lubbock, Texas man admitted that he sexually abused a year-old girl in 9 different states over a 3-week period back in The girl in question was originally from Oklahoma. Darcy said that he began having sex with the girl at his house in Lubbock, but later they had sex all around Texas near Lubbock, Amarillo, Abilene, Mount Vernon and Alvarado.
Darcy then apparently took the girl around the country, having sex with her in Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Mississippi and Arkansas. It wasn't until June 24th, that Darcy was arrested. He was initially charged with possessing prepubescent child pornography, receiving and distributing child pornography, transporting a minor for sexual conduct, and attempting to entice 5 minors into sex.
Darcy said that he used the platform Yubo to chat with children between 13 and 16 years of age. He also had received nude images of people he believed were minors.
A few months after being arrested, Darcy was indicted on several charges related to child pornography and enticing minors into sex. As part of his plea deal, all the other charges against Darcy will be dropped after sentencing.
