We exist to create a safe and secure environment as we meet the unique needs of individuals and families impacted by disability, leading them to know Jesus, His love, and His purpose for them as they live on mission with Him. Embrace Community is a weekday program for adults with disabilities in the Middle Tennessee region. Our goal is to enrich the lives of those impacted by disability by fostering community through recreational and leisure activities.
Learn More. How soon can we start regularly attending? We require all new and returning families to fill out the registration form. Once complete, our team will reach out to schedule an intake meeting. At this meeting, we will discuss next steps from there.
For what ages do you offer supports? We offer various supports for birth through adult to engage each individual at their level of functioning, in order to ensure appropriate levels of engagement and value. Does my child have to stay in the Special Needs Ministry area, or can they attend their age-appropriate ministry? May I come visit the Special Needs area?
