Experience a blend of massage with energy work to help yourself feel supported by mother earth, to feel the light of father sun and to let flow with the waters what no longer serves you. A blend of massage with energy work is very healing to all aspects of a client for the physical, emotional and spiritual being. Reiki, polarity therapy and shamanism are the practices used for energy work.
What also can be incorporated are warm towels, essential oils, crystals and stones, chakra clearing, sound healing and tuning forks within the sessions. If chronic muscle tension is what is needed to be worked, solely massage can be provided. Massage can reduce muscle tension, improve range of motion, manage joint pain and improve posture. It reduces muscular tension or flaccidity, affects the nervous system through stimulation or sedation and enhances tissue healing.
Oncology massage is also offered. With this session, there is a modification of massage techniques to safely work with the effects of cancer and treatment. Providing comfort, relaxation and peace through gentle, caring, one-on-one attention is the goal. If you are feeling better, you can better deal with the illness and treatment.
