Appts can be booked 21 days in advance. Please update your Credit Card and cell phone in your profile when you login. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy: If you cancel or change and appt. Walk-ins are not allowed. Appointments can be booked up to 21 days ahead and up to 1 hour prior to the appt time. Appts must be booked in the name of the person who will receive the appt only no substitutes. Tips can be charged to a credit card at the Service Desk when you arrive.
You will give all cash tips directly to your therapist. Clients who have tested positive for COVID within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment must cancel or reschedule your appointment time. You must cancel Online. Canceling for any other reason falls under our previous hour cancellation policy. Clients must come alone unless an attendant needs to accompany a client with a disability. Check-In 5 β 10 minutes prior to your appointment time at the Service Desk at the main entrance to the Fitness Center.
They will confirm your appointment and confirm payment. You will also get a confirmation email when it is booked. Prices subject to change.
