I've been a member for over 10 years, posted an advert and two weeks later was met with "Your account has been banned". I'm none the wiser as to why I was banned, I'm guessing it's because I was never stupid enough to pay for any of their pointless features on their site! It seems like the IP address you were using to try to post an ad has been previously flagged for abusing the Locanto platform.
As a result, we have blocked this IP address. If you still have trouble posting an ad after using a different IP address, please let us know. Locanto used to accept 15 of my ads for 42 days for free. There was no notification to customers of these new charges.
These changes took place in a matter of weeks. So much for companies looking after loyal customers! All businesses have to make money, but I don't see the point in paying for a 'premium listing' when all ads are 'premium listings' what features am I now paying for?
I'm voting with my feet and not advertising on Locanto once my current PAID ads expire, in about 3 days! Do not order any macbook from locanto. Asking money neverending. They were never a genuine seller there. Guys beware of it. I think Locanto are using the victims feedback to become better cheats. Locanto never helps the victims and Locanto destroys all evidence of advertisements and communication by the fraudsters which could be used to track down the fraudsters.
